It had ideal location really close to Bealey Avenue. The rooms were all spotless and great-sized with spa bath. The staff were HELPFUL, affable.

our stay at rosewood court motel in christchurch was simply amazing. the friendly manager welcomed us, cleared our car windscreen, and gave us free wifi access. the goosedown duvet on the bed provided a comfortable sleep. it exceeded our expectations and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay, even considering the previous earthquakes.

location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants that were down the road and good pub and restaurants and hagley park and town. the room was reasonably large and spotless and included a refrigerator, an oven, and kitchenware.

Our stay at Rosewood Court was fantastic. The owner/manager went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided valuable suggestions for activities in the area. They even recommended great places to eat and planned a perfect itinerary for us. The motel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center and close to shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the spa bath - a must-have for us. The free Wi-Fi and newspaper were also a nice touch. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Clean, quiet and adequate.

Unfortunately the cleaner had left the shower rose facing the shower door and so when I went to turn the shower on, which had great pressure, I got a full blast of cold water all over me and the floor. There was only one towel each (2) and so I only had the bath mat to mop up the flood. Would like to think that there was adequate number of towels and of course the shower head facing away from the door !!

Decent place for discovering Christchurch with extremely friendly staff in a very pleasant manner. Well-appointed room, hair dryers, a spa bathtub, and bath sheets in the room. Particularly good location on local outlets where we might like to get something to eat, good for visiting Christchurch. The hotel of choice in Christchurch.

The room was well-appointed and neat with satellite TV, central heating, and a cable TV with on-demand movies.

Nice Staff, Clean Rooms, Central Location

The motel was nicely located and had a room that was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests during our stay. Plus, the room was equipped with WiFi and other needed amenities.

That the room was on the upper floor, and it was a hassle with our luggage to go up and down the stairs since there was no lift. the hot water in the shower was problematic, sometimes there was none at all, which made showering very uncomfortable.

There are plenty of restaurants within close proximity to the motel, such as Sema's Thai Cuisine, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. The staff members at Rosewood Court Motel were extremely helpful and accommodating. The motel is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The bed provided at the motel was incredibly comfortable, resulting in the best night's sleep I've ever had.

Found a hair in the Spa Bath I had to wash it out before I used it

The hotel had friendly staff and comfy beds, which was great after a long night of celebrating new year's eve. It was also conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers, making it easy to get around and explore the city at any time.

The noise level was too high and made it difficult to get a good night's rest. My room faced a busy street, and the honking of cars and loud music from nearby parties kept me up throughout the night.

Handy to the city, good car parking, reasonable priced rooms.

The room had a funny smell an could do with the carpet being cleaned or replaced. The reception smelt of cooking.

We had a great stay in this cozy motel. The location was very convenient as it was just a short walk from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. The bathroom was modern and had good hot water and pressure. The staff was friendly and provided us with helpful information about the surroundings. We especially appreciated the free wifi.

The motel was located on a hill, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues.
